The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has developed a PCSM Spreadsheet (“spreadsheet”) to facilitate calculations necessary for completing the stormwater analysis required by § 102.8(g) for PCSM Plans. The spreadsheet is intended to streamline PCSM calculations and help applicants demonstrate compliance with the regulations when a permit under Chapter 102 is required.
