MS4 Stream Restoration Project Eligibility Checklist (Applicable to all stream restoration projects)

 In order for a stream restoration project to be eligible for MS4 credit, documentation must be provided to DEP that demonstrates the proposed restoration project will meet the minimum qualifying criteria listed in the Eligibility Checklist.
