Prevailing Wage Basics (50 min.)
Representatives from PA Dept. of Labor & Industry presented on state prevailing wage. This is a concept that CAP Coordinators should be aware of since it will be included in contracts for the construction of CAP projects costing more than $25,00 using public funds. This issue can affect potential budgeting of projects due to labor costs, etc.
