This course was developed by the DEP Chesapeake Bay Watershed Restoration Division and is intended for use by Countywide Action Plan (CAP) Coordinators. New CAP Coordinators should click through each section. Please note that some sections are subdivided and have additional content located in tabs across the top. Current CAP Coordinators should ensure they are familiar with this content. This course’s sections can be used as a reference for specific topics as needed.
