This is part of the Tier 3 & 4 Counties’ Virtual Coordinator Training Academy under the larger umbrella of sessions found in the Clean Water Coordinator Training Academy course. This session discusses engaging stakeholders in developing and executing the CAP and emphasizes the value of partnerships. It also emphasizes the value of local water quality initiatives specific to counties. It provides historical background to how CAP Coordinator duties were explained to counties just entering the CAP Program.
