This 2018 webinar discusses county level planning for Pennsylvania’s Watershed Implementation Planning and countywide plan development. This gives background for how the county level planning process started and what the process looked like (how it was outlined). This is historical perspective to enrich a CAP Coordinator’s understanding of the process.
