- The various types of road maintenance activities (RMA) outlined in 25 Pa. Code § 102.5(b)
- When an activity would fall under RMA and/or NPDES
This course will teach you the basics of reading plans and maps associated with construction activities. The focus is on the components of plans which apply to Chapter 102, but other related information typical to civil engineering drawings is briefly explored as well.
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has developed a PCSM Spreadsheet (“spreadsheet”) to facilitate calculations necessary for completing the stormwater analysis required by § 102.8(g) for PCSM Plans. The spreadsheet is intended to streamline PCSM calculations and help applicants demonstrate compliance with the regulations when a permit under Chapter 102 is required. This course provides step-by-step instructions for completing each section of the spreadsheet.
