This course introduces the SCM Suites Planning Tool and explains how it can be used to support early-stage PCSM planning.
The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has developed a PCSM Spreadsheet (“spreadsheet”) to facilitate calculations necessary for completing the stormwater analysis required by § 102.8(g) for PCSM Plans. The spreadsheet is intended to streamline PCSM calculations and help applicants demonstrate compliance with the regulations when a permit under Chapter 102 is required. This course provides step-by-step instructions for completing each section of the spreadsheet.
