Manor Township is implementing the Pollutant Reduction Plan by utilizing their own public works staff to install stormwater BMPs. Since 2018, the Township has retrofitted three dry detention basins to one dry extended detention basin and two bioretention basins. This year, they will retrofit two existing dry basins to bioretention basins and install a vegetated swale.
