Pennsylvania Spring 2021 MS4 Forum

The Dallas School District was involved in MS4 stormwater upgrades through the planting of existing flood reduction basins. The stormwater basins were a maintenance problem that was resolved by planting the basins, allowing the basins to grow improved water quality, created on-site education labs for students, and reduced summer water temperatures entering streams while reducing the district's carbon footprint.
