Paradise Township partnered with two private landowners to retrofit an under-performing dry detention basin to a dry extended detention basin. The original detention basin was expanded across the property line to manage stormwater runoff from a new land development project. This project was partially funded through a DEP Urban Stormwater BMP grant.
