Pennsylvania Spring 2021 MS4 Forum

Presentation by Adam Smith (FWS) and Bob Vierck (Spring Creek Trout Unlimited)

This presentation will start with a history of projects on Spring Creek, Centre County. It will feature three recently completed projects with emphasis on a project in Houserville, College Township. It will include funding sources as well as before/after photos. Also, a short discussion of the MS4 credit process. It will conclude with three significant lessons learned over the years.
