Verifying Annual Compliance of O&M for Private BMPs

MCM 5, BMP 3, of the MS4 Permit requires permit holders to ensure adequate O&M of all post-construction stormwater management BMPs that were installed to meet requirements in NPDES Permits for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities approved since March 10, 2003. This requirement includes public and private BMPs. This presentation intends to outline standards for meeting the MS4 Permit compliance requirements for adequate O&M and verifying annual compliance.
