Pennsylvania Spring 2021 MS4 Forum

The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority located in Luzerne County, PA is administering a regionalized MS4 program to address MS4 regulations on behalf of 31 municipalities located in Luzerne County to most cost effectively and reliably achieve MS4 compliance. The regionalized program was formed in 2017, and the program is in Year 2 of the 5 Year PAG13 permit compliance cycle. The benefits and logistics of regionalization will be discussed as well as case studies of several structural BMPs projects that are to be implemented as part of the regional PRP.
