Six individual permit holders in the State College area have shared community resources and outreach since 2003. This presentation will include how individual permit responsibilities are maintained for each entity while continuing to share resources and reduce redundant efforts. A region-wide joint PRP was developed with cost sharing based on prorated pollutant loads.
