MCM 1 and 2: Public Education and Outreach/Public Involvement

Minimum Control Measures (MCMs) 1 & 2 cover the requirements of Public Education and Outreach and Public Participation/Involvement. Pennsylvania requires MS4 permit holders to develop and maintain lists of target audience groups that are present within the areas served by the permittee’s regulated small MS4. In this presentation, Kelly will discuss the importance of the target audience list, how to effectively engage and educate the target audience, and how doing so can assist with fulfilling the requirements of all MS4 MCMs.
