Discussion on CAP Grant Changes, Growing Greener, and 319 Nonpoint Source Management Grants. This session, led by DEP, presented updates to the CAP Implementation Block Grant and reviewed tools to support county partners. The second half of this session presented new features of the upcoming Growing Greener Plus and Section 319 Nonpoint Source Management Programs.
