This presentation will cover the basic considerations necessary to review or conduct an analysis of whether a wetland is exceptional value as classified in accordance with 105.17 (relating to wetlands) and discuss some regulatory linkages between Chapters 93, 96, and 105 regarding exceptional value wetlands.
