The presenter, Clayton Good is the Encroachment Biologist in the Division of Environmental Services for the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. Clayton provides resource comments on Chapter 105 permit applications, provides technical assistance for accommodating aquatic organism passage and reviews waiver requests for time of year restrictions. Clayton is a graduate of Lycoming College and has experience working with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and a County Conservation District. In his free time, Clayton enjoys pursuing the abundant outdoor recreation opportunities that Pennsylvania has to offer with his family and friends.
