Registering for a FieldDoc Account
This section will teach you how to sign up for a FieldDoc account, along with setting yourself up with the correct Countywide Action Plan. Once you set up your profile correctly, you are ready to continue to the next section.

  In this video you will learn how to register for a FieldDoc account. In order to register please visit https://www.fielddoc.org/login. Once at the login page, this video will show the learner how to properly create an account associated with their Countywide Action Plan. Please remember when you are adding your organization you need to select "(county name) Implementation Team."

- FileUsers who Participate in Multiple Countywide Action Plans
  This video is only intended for FieldDoc Users who are members of multiple Countywide Action Plans. If you are one of those users associated with multiple plans, you will find how we address registering for an account, when you are only able to select a single organization. Learners will understand that we can associate their account with multiple organizations after they register for an account.
