This document lists the various CAP Coordinators for different counties. Some counties have multiple individuals that fulfill roles related to a CAP Coordinator, and some counties have a partnership between a private sector firm and a conservation district staff member or planning commission. CAP Coordinators are encouraged to reach out to one another and learn from each other.
