Monitoring and Maintenance
While CAP funds do not pay for monitoring and only cover maintenance for vegetation establishment up to 3 years, these are considerations for CAP project management. During project planning, consider how monitoring requirements will be met (if applicable) and how maintenance will be handled after the project is constructed. These details may be relevant to include in project sponsor, contractor, and landowner agreements.
