This presentation includes a brief summary of the history of the PAG-13 and reviews the changes proposed for the draft permit. This presentation is not intended to provide a comprehensive overview of all components of the permit. MS4 permittees, consultants, and other interested persons are encouraged to review all of the PAG-13 documents for an in-depth understanding of the permit requirements.
More detailed training will accompany the final PAG-13.

MS4s with PAG-13 General Permit coverage that discharge to impaired waters must submit to DEP a Volume Management Plan (VMP) that demonstrates how the MS4 will achieve a Volume Management Objective. The Volume Management Objective for the permit term will be calculated using DEP’s Maximum Extent Practicable (MEP) Calculator Spreadsheet.
